Use of an automated software module for monthly routine Machine QA tests

Abstract The goal of this work is to investigate the feasibility implementing an automated module a commercial software for monthly routine Linac QA tests. AAPM TG 142 report reference document which includes recommendations general Quality Assurance (QA) tests medical linear accelerators. DoseLab AutoQA users run TG-142's Machine in sequence. execution individual (without DoseLab) compared with terms time consuming, reproducibility, additional data and user friendliness. total required was 195 minutes single test mode, without DoseLab, 80 AutoQA. Auto allows analyze more parameters than single-test especially kV MV images. Different profiles sizes energies are examined minor time. Winston-Lutz quickly complete. CBCT less laborious no user-dependent. Reproducibility results verified: coefficient variation over 5 consecutive repeated measurements 5%. database makes it possible monitor trend different significantly reduces spent QA. It also get quantitative informations delete user-dependent uncertainties.
